additional time available for games arriving late. Players who want to
continue in OPEN PLAY after the end of private play time can do so at no
additional charge.

added to a Private Games Package with less then 7 days
until event date will incur a $10 per
player Late Fee - non-negotiable. Rescheduling policy: More than 7 days notice = $50 fee; Less than 7 days notice = $100 flat fee plus $5 per player.
